Great Substrate Wettability Leveling Agent For Overprint Varnishes
Leveling agent DR-333 is widely used in industrial coatings, inks, adhesives and room temperature curing plastic systems to strongly reduce surface tension.

Features:
It is a highly effective silicone surface additive that dramatically reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, improve substrate wetting and preventing cratering. At the same time, it improves surface slip and gloss. In aqueous systems, anti-blocking properties can be improved.
Application:
DR-333 is widely used, but the amount of addition and whether it is stable should be determined by experiments before use. It is recommended for all solvent-borne, solvent-free and water-based coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes. It is particularly recommended for increasing the wetting requirements of polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic adhesives on substrates.
Suggestion for use:
It can be added as the original or as a pre-diluent, and pre-dilution with the recommended solvent simplifies addition and mixing.
